Termination

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

Waiver of Class Actions & Jury Trial

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

You further waive any right to a jury trial where such waiver is permitted under applicable law.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

General

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
